Software and app updates related to 'crash'

This build fixes a couple of crashes that have been reported through our systems.

Crash when updating values for comics without index number.
Add Comics: After adding a comic the app now takes you to the comic in your main screen again.
Currency: Modifying the currency and then updating values now updates all collections instead of just the selected collection.
