I have however followed your suggestion to register, I synced my phone with my CPU and then synced my CLZ account. It worked like a charm and I tested by adding a book and it took it! Looks like my problem is fixed.

Just wanted to send some positive feedback on the new add screen in the windows program... I am really really enjoying the new features and capability, and finding it greatly speeds up my workflow by allowing me to check and add multiple books, some of which I already have copies of... previously it would just kind of choke and die, and I had to add new copies of books I already had one by one. Great app and PC application. I use this combined with CLZ Barry to scan my comics and update personal info in the database such as where I purchased them, price, date, etc. The core database is pretty good. I'd say it's accurate 99% of the time. I've put about 4,000 comics in so far and have only had a couple of issues where the Core was not correct. There is a way to submit changes to the Core, then it gets updated.
There are some minor tweaks I'd like to see happen, but the developers are always pushing new updates, and it keeps getting better and better. I've been a customer and user of CLZ for the last two years and I love it. — Jay Sebastian (USA) on Comic Collector

Dear Alwin, the Wife and the staff, I want to thank you for your program and the years of updates. I have had the comic book program for years and have being keeping up with the upgrades over the years. I stopped collecting comics back in the 1990s but I have kept them all, thousands.
I just retired from my job after 32 years and now have plenty of time to concentrate on the books. Thank you for the bar code scanner you came out with some years ago it is making the job so much easier. However this is going to take some time (good thing I have lots of it) because I find myself rereading so many of those old books.
Your fabulous program is a God send. I go to swap meets and use my phone to check the books I have so far loaded. I check to see what I want and what I can sell anywhere I go.

I've been using this software for over 2 years (and recently bought the Movie version!) This honestly is one of the best ways to catalog and keep track of not only the comics you own, but a nice detailed list of comics you want to buy in the future! Keeping tabs of my collection (nearing 12,000 books) was a huge pain when I hade to create my own database via excel or other programs. This, in conjunction with the mobile app, makes life sooo much easier!!
