If you’re getting this error message, it likely means the latest installation or update wasn’t able to install the jquery file correctly. Here’s what to do:
- Close the program.
- Restart the computer (do not skip this step please!!!)
- Go to this folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Collectorz.com\Music Collector\
- Rename the folder called “Templates” to “Templates OLD”.
- Reinstall your program by redownloading it your CLZ Account.
