If you’re getting this error message, it likely means the latest installation or update wasn’t able to install the jquery file correctly. Here’s what to do:

  1. Close the program.
  2. Restart the computer (do not skip this step please!!!)
  3. Go to this folder:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Collectorz.com\Movie Collector\
  4. Rename the folder called “Templates” to “Templates OLD”.
  5. Reinstall your program by redownloading it your CLZ Account.
