You’re searching By Title and you never ever get any results?
Let take a look at the possible causes and solutions:

Uncheck the “TV Series Only” option

First, make sure the checkbox “TV Series Only” is not checked! If that checkbox is checked, the search will search our database of TV Series only, not movies.

Set the Search Results filter to “Show All”

Please check the “Show” settings above the Search Results panel and make sure it is set to Show All. This setting lets you filter the results by region. Setting it to Show All gives you all available results.

Solve connection issues

If you still don’t get results, it could be that a firewall is blocking the connection to our database. Follow the troubleshooter.

Check for error messages

Still no results? Then check the status bar in the bottom left of the Add Movies Automatically window, do you see any error messages there? If so, please contact us using the ‘Support Request Form’ link at the bottom of this page, please be sure to specify the error message you receive, and details about the item you are trying to search.
