What's new in CLZ Comics for iOS?
Another week, another CLZ Comics update!
Still no version 8.0 yet though, as we are saving that major version number for the upcoming huge CovrPrice update.
Today’s update is version 7.11, introducing a configurable Update from Core tool.
Configurable Update from Core
For several database fields, select whether Update from Core should
- Update if empty (this is the old and default behaviour)
OR
- REPLACE existing data
This choice is now available for the following fields:
- Series
- Variant + Variant Description
- Cover Date
- Release Date
- Series Group
- Age
- Number of Pages
- Cover Price
For all other fields Update from Core will work as it always did, that is, it will only Update a field when it was still empty.
Fixed for iOS:
- Card View: We’ve moved the key icon back to the lower right corner of the cover image, so there’s now enough space for the slabbed icon and grade/value information.
- Add from Core: Adding by barcode: when a barcode yielded multiple different series results, it displayed the wrong series name in the results.
Fixed for Android:
- Card View: We’ve moved the key icon back to the lower right corner of the cover image, so there’s now enough space for the slabbed icon and grade/value information.
- Selection mode wasn’t working properly when initiated by the Selection Mode button in the main screen
- Duplicate series entries could appear in your database when a fresh copy of your database was downsynced from CLZ Cloud
- Improved loading speed of list view
