Editing Multiple Games

You can edit multiple games in one go by using the Edit Multiple screen.

!Edit Multiple is the only feature in Game Collector that overwrites existing data. Use it with great care.

Editing Multiple Games

1. Select the games you want to edit by checking the checkboxes or use CTRL / Shift + click.
2. Click the Edit button.
3. Use the checkboxes to indicate which field(s) you want to change.
4. Make your changes.

*To clear a field for all selected games, just click the checkbox and leave the entry box empty. The box will highlight in red to indicate the CLEAR action.

Edit all games in one go

If you wish to set a value or clear all values for a particular field for all your games follow these steps:

1. Choose View > Folders > No Folders to have all your games show up in the Main List.
2. Click menu Edit > Select All to select all games.
3. Click the Edit button.
4. Use the checkboxes to indicate which field(s) you want to change.
5. Make your changes.

Editing games one by one without leaving the Edit screen

• Edit one game,
• Use the Next or Previous button bottom left to edit the next or previous game in your collection.
