To use the Collector desktop software (Windows or Mac), you need a Software License and an active Service Plan.
You can purchase the desktop software in our secure CLZ shop at shop.clz.com.
The purchase of a License includes a 1-year Service Plan.
A Service Plan is necessary to use the following services:
- the CLZ Core online database (to get item details and cover art)
- the CLZ Cloud storage (for backups, sharing and syncing to other devices)
- the Find Cover Online service
- software updates (new features, improvements and maintenance builds)
- second line tech support
After the first year, you need to renew your Service Plan to keep access to the above services.
