Scope of application

These customer information and General Terms and Conditions shall apply to all orders placed through the website www.collectorz.com (the "Website") of Bitz & Pixelz B.V. Placing an order with us indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Parties to the purchase agreement

This Website for the sale of goods via the Internet is operated by Bitz & Pixelz BV (the parent company of Collectorz.com), WG Plein 384, 1054 SG, Amsterdam, The Netherlands, which is legally represented by Alwin Hoogerdijk as Managing Director.

Prices and Payment Conditions

The total amount of your order, including all taxes and costs such as packaging and delivery is displayed at the right corner on the check out screen under the header "Your Shopping Cart". Payment for the goods shall be made by credit card (secured by SSL encoding), PayPal, bank transfer or iDeal.

Delivery & Shipping of the Bar Code Scanners and Software CDs

Bitz & Pixelz B.V. delivers to all countries. Bitz & Pixelz B.V. ships to destinations worldwide from our warehouse in Portland, Oregon (USA). The actual delivery times vary, and can be found in the table below.

The delivery time shall begin when the order is received. Bitz & Pixelz B.V. shall only deliver as long as goods are in stock. The respective dispatch costs that are incurred shall be shown before order confirmation in the shopping cart overview.

Reservation of performance in case of Scanners / Software CD not being available

If the scanner(s) you ordered are not available within 30 days of your order we can withdraw from the purchase agreement even if we have confirmed acceptance of your order. If we withdraw from the purchase agreement we will immediately inform you of this and will immediately refund the consideration already paid by you for these scanners.

Refund policy

As our customer you have the right to request a refund up until 90 days after your purchase. No reason needs to be stated. Just contact us here and we will refund your payment in full.

Warranty

Warranty only holds for the Barcode Scanners that Bitz & Pixelz B.V. sells. In the case of defects to the scanner you as our customer shall be entitled to choose supplementary performance by replacement of the scanner or request Bitz & Pixelz B.V. to do a refund. The warranty period shall be 1 year after the goods are delivered.

Applicable law

The agreements concluded under the inclusion of these Terms and Conditions are subject to the law of the Netherlands.
