Re-designed Loan Manager

• Complete re-design of the Loan Manager screen.
  • Two panel design with separate Outstanding Loans and Loan History panels.
  • The new Loan Manager is now the central place to return *and* loan movies.
  • Use the switch at the top to switch between separate Loan and Return modes.
• Over-due movies are clearly indicated at the top and in red.
• Improved barcode scanner support:
  • Scanners can now be used to return and loan movies.
  • Batch scanning support (e.g. with the OPN-2001 or CLZ Barry).
• Automatic overdue notifications when starting Movie Collector.

Cover Flow view, browse your movies in a cool looking 3D image browser

• The Cover Flow is a 3rd viewing option, next to List and Images.
• Browse through your movies by cover image, in a cool looking 3D image browser.

Collection Statistics (pie and bar charts) integrated in main screen.

• Switch the lower right part of the screen between movie details and collection statistics.
• View collection statistics based on the current Folder field (e.g. by Genre, or by Format).
• Switch between Bar Chart or Pie Chart.
• Order bars/pie parts by names or by values.

Improved Wish List functionality, All / Collection / Wish List tabs in main screen.

• Quickly check your Wish List using tabs at the bottom of the main screen: All / Collection / Wish List.
• Add movies to your Wish List right from the Add Movies Automatically screen.
• Right click a movie to "Move to Wish List" / "Move to Collection".
• Edit Movie: clearer separation of Collection Status values into "Collection" and "Wish List" groups.

Box Set support

• Use the new Box Set field to "link" movies that are in 1 box.
• Set box-set level properties, like Title, Barcode, Release Date, Purchase Info, Cover Image.

Save your own field sets for Columns, Sort Order and Folders.

• Columns: Create and save your own column sets for the list panel.
• Sort Orders: Create and save your own multi-field sort orders for the list panel.
• Folders: Create and save your own single or multi-level folder combination for the tree panel.
• Easily switch between the save field sets using the drop down menus of the Columns, Sort and Folder buttons.

New: Automatic Capitalization of Movie Titles

• Have Titles AutoCapped when adding movies automatically.
• Have Titles AutoCapped as you type.
• Or, just click the AutoCap button in the Edit Movie screen.
• Select your AutoCap Method in the Preferences screen. Choose From:
  • UPPER CASE
  • lower case
  • First letter only
  • First letter only with exceptions
  • First Letter Of Each Word
  • First Letter of Each Word with Exceptions
• Define your own Exceptions List (words you don't want capitalized).

New: Automatic Sort Titles

• Have the Title Sort field filled in automatically when adding movies.
• Or just click the Generate Sort Title button in the Edit Movie screen.
• Define your own list of recognized articles for Sort Title generation.

Improved layout of Edit Movie screen

• Clearer separation of movie data, edition-specific data and personal data.
• "Main" tab is now the "Movie" tab, with movie information only.
• All edition-specific data (Format, Barcode, etcÉ) is now on the Edition tab.
• The main personal fields (status, index, quantity, rating) are now in a "sticky" panel at the bottom, which is available on all tabs.
