What is your refund policy?

When you are not happy with your purchase we will refund your order.
No questions asked.

Only unused scanners can be refunded.
You have to return the scanner in the original packaging including all extras and cables to our warehouse in Portland OR, USA.
Only after receiving the scanner back we can refund the purchase.
Please note that we only refund the purchase price of the scanner or CD, not the S&H.
