Adding Movies Manually
The Collectorz.com online movie database is pretty complete, so you will probably be able to add most of your collection using the Add Movies Automatically screen. Just let the program download all movie details and cover images from the central Collectorz.com database.
However, it will happen once in a while that our central database does not include your movie.
Of course, you can still add those movies to your personal database. This is what the Add Movie Manually screen is for. Open this screen using the second button on the toolbar (or click Edit > Add Movie Manually).
Adding movies manually
This screen is just like the Edit Movie screen that you have probably used already. Only now all entry boxes are empty, ready for you to fill in. There are several different tabs with different Fields to fill out.
All the available Fields are optional, so remember that you don't have to fill them all out. Just enter the data that's relevant for you. You might just want to add the title and come back later to add more data later.
It's also well possible that our central database will be able to provide the extra details after some time, as our database is being updated daily with many, many new additions. So, it's always worth trying a search again, after some time.
