Adding Games Manually
The Collectorz.com online game database is pretty complete, so you will probably be able to add most of your collection using the Add Games Automatically screen. Just let the program download all game details and cover images from the central Collectorz.com database.
However, it will happen once in a while that our central database does not include your game.
Of course, you can still add those games to your personal database. This is what the Add Game Manually screen is for. Open this screen using the second button on the toolbar (or click Edit > Add Game Manually).
Adding games manually
This screen is just like the Edit Game screen that you have probably used already. Only now all entry boxes are empty, ready for you to fill in. There are several different tabs with different Fields to fill out.
All the available Fields are optional, so remember that you don't have to fill them all out. Just enter the data that's relevant for you. You might just want to add the title and come back later to add more data later.
It's also well possible that our central database will be able to provide the extra details after some time, as our database is being updated daily with many, many new additions. So, it's always worth trying a search again, after some time.
