What if I keep having problems exporting over Wi-Fi? Use USB!

Tried all of the above suggestions and still can't get the exporting over Wi-Fi to work for you?
Then we recommend trying the Export to File option and transferring the resulting file over USB.

Here's how to transfer data over USB:

iPhone/iPod touch: Export data to CLZ HD app for iPhone or iPod touch over USB.
iPad: Export data to CLZ HD app for iPad over USB.
Android: Export data to CLZ app for Android over USB.
