The Miracle of the Cards (2001)

Little Craig Shergold (Thomas Sangster), an 8 year old British boy, is diagnosed with a brain tumor. Marion (Catherine Oxenberg), his mother, is determined to save the life of her child. Her unorthodox approach to achieving this is through an attempt at achieving a Guinness World Record by pleading with the international public to send her son greeting cards. Amazingly, and to the disbelief of skeptical TV reporter Josh (Kirk Cameron), 350 million cards pour in. The family hopes to find a miracle, and among those millions of cards is one card that may contain the information necessary to find a cure for young Craig.
