Plot

In the Disney sequel "The Apple Dumpling Gang Rides Again" the comic duo of Amos (Tim Conway) and Theodore (Don Knotts) are back for more misadventure. When these two wannabe outlaws come into Junction City, everything starts to go wrong. Amos and Theodore end up crossing the town Marshall (Kenneth Mars), and being accused of robbing the bank. To get away from the Marshall, the gang hides in a wagon headed to the nearby fort. They are discovered and conscripted into the army, but their bungling soon gets them arrested and placed in the stockade. The story continues as the two escape to continue their comedic escapades.
