La Sindrome di Stendhal (1996)

Anna Manni (Asia Argento) is a policewoman on the case of a vicious serial rapist and murderer. Anna suffers from a problem known as "Stendhal's Syndrome", which is a psychosomatic disease that gives her dizziness and hallucinations whenever she is around paintings or other art. Her hallucinations make her think that the artworks are coming to life. When the criminal she is chasing lures her into a museum, things take a definite turn for the worse. As she goes in and out of hallucinations, she is kidnapped and attacked by the suspect. Will she be able to find a way to stop her hallucinations long enough to save herself and arrest the man responsible for so many brutal crimes?
