Piklik fo (1995)

Chan Foh To (Jackie Chan) is a renowned car mechanic who recently has returned to Japan to take a lucrative job. Chan also helps out the police at various times, identifying cars on the street that have been illegally upgraded for underground racing leagues. One day Chan helps the police to capture an infamous street racer named Cougar (Thorsten Nickel) who has eluded the authorities for some time now. When he is released from prison, Cougar vows revenge and captures Chan’s sisters, the only way for Chan to free them is to defeat Cougar in a race on his own turf and with everything on the line.
