Never Cry Werewolf (2008)

When a new neighbor moves in next door, it immediately piques the interest of beautiful Loren (Nina Dobrev) and her family. Just 16 years old, Loren is used to a fairly calm and peaceful life. But when people in the neighborhood suddenly turn up missing, she can't stop thinking about the handsome man who just came to town, and wondering if maybe his good looks just aren't deceiving. When strange things start going bump in the night, she sets out to solve the mystery with the held of a friend, a real boy-next-door type who looks at her with puppy dog eyes, and the town celebrity, a nature guide who's parlayed his talents in tracking down wild game into a TV career. It might take a talent like his to keep them alive as they realize this time they're on the hunt of something supernatural.
