Lantana (2001)

The movie revolves around trust and misconceptions. The story is quite interesting and the plot takes strange turns many times in the story. The Story is about a cop Detective Leon Zat (Anthony LaPaglia) who cheats on his wife Sonja Zat (Kerry Armstrong) who herself sees a psychiatrist whose love life has been degraded due to grief. One day Jane 'Janie' O'May (Rachael Blake) who is the cops lover finds her neighbor park his truck and throw something in the Lantana which she finds out is actually a woman's shoe. She suspects something is not right so sets on a mission to find out where that shoe came from and then unravels a murder plot , instances of cheating all this embroils the storyline.
