Kill Switch (2008)

A decorated homicide detective Jacob Stillwell (Steven Seagal) is known for his own brand of unforgiving street justice. His methods have earned him legendary status among his colleagues and legendary fear among the criminals inhabiting the criminal underbelly of Memphis society.
