Plot

Interstate 60 opens with two college age adults talking about mythological creatures who grant wishes, and how American’s have no similar figure. A man seated at the bar tells them that there is a figure that does this, and describes to them in detail O.W. Grant who he is supposed to have met on Interstate 60. He tells the two that he’d been granted a wish; he explains that Grant is a Leprechaun who was brought over with the Pilgrims and later impregnated an Indian. The Cheyenne Indians lost their land resulting in his immortal child with magical powers. The movie then shows O.W. Grant in a variety of scenarios granting the wishes of individuals.

The Main character in the story is a wanna-be artist Neil Grant, and it goes through his interaction with O.W. Grant in dealing with his inability to stop thinking about the beautiful women which he paints, and his indecisiveness.

"I love it. Not for the faint hearted, but an interesting foray into the thought of complaining of how bad off you are. After this movie you may well not want to change anything."
