Plot
In the summer of 1996, two bus drivers Marcel Van Loock (Filip Peeters) and Wim Moreels (Axel Daeseleire) are arrested by Moroccan customs on suspicion of drug trafficking. Up to 350 kg of hasj has been found hidden in their bus. The owner of the bus company is also arrested but despite his full confession and his testimony that both drivers are innocent, the Moroccan justice swiftly convicts both drivers to a prison sentence of 5 years. The prison in Tangiers where they are serving their sentence, is a real hell where Marcel and Wim have to struggle to survive amongst other prisoners and corrupt guards. Both men soon learn that nobody cares about their innocence, including the Belgian government. Their families take matters into their own hands to try to get both men home safely.
