Cold And Dark (2005)

Detective Mortimer Shade (Kevin Howarth) is mysteriously killed in a freezer and as his dead body lays there in the cold, a “grail” possesses his body. A grail is a parasite that revives Det. Shade’s body, but in order to stay alive he needs fresh blood. Shade’s partner John Dark (Luke Goss) works with Shade to make this curse work. They become vigilates, hunting down and killing evildoers, allowing Shade to suck their blood through his claw. However, as time goes on Dark notices that Shade is becoming less and less human, transforming into a monster. Dark, worried about the dangerous monster Shade has become, must make a difficult decision of whether or not to stop Shade.
