Close Your Eyes (2002)

Michael Strother (Goran Visnjic) is a successful psychotherapist who takes on a troubled police officer and avid tobacco smoker as a new patient (Shirley Henderson). While in a therapy session with the woman, he has a telepathic vision of a dead girl floating on top of a mysterious stream. They discover the girl while she is alive, and understand that she is the latest victim of a brutal serial killer terrorizing the county. The girl is unable to speak and cannot identify the killer. Now Michael and the policewoman must now hunt down this ruthless killer and catch him before he is able to achieve what he believes is immortality.
