The movie set in Los Angeles in a multi-racial hip hop club named Radiotron which is based out of Macarthur Park in Los Angeles. The movie sees young Kelly (Lucinda Dickey) who stars as a struggling jazz dancer. She then meets two break dancers Turbo (Michael Chambers) and Ozone (Adolfo Quinones) who agree to help her.
