Plot
The story of two bitter Olympic figure skating rivals; Chazz Michael Michaels (Will Ferrell) and Jimmy MacElroy (Jon Heder) who must learn to cope and work together to get back into the Olympics after they are banned from the singles. Despite having contrasting views on how to achieve glory in the sport, being that Michaels trained as a lone wolf in Detroit while MacElroy was raised as a winner. How will they learn to work together with such contrasting styles and still manage to get back into their sport? They are trained and forced to work together in the figure skating doubles in order to achieve the gold medal that they both covet so much.
