Beaufort (2007)

Beaufort takes place in 2000, during the withdrawal of the Israeli Defense Force from southern Lebanon. This movie tells the story of a unit of soldiers stationed at the respected and sacred Beaufort Castle, led by the young outpost commander Liraz Liberti (Oshri Cohen). It examines the physical and moral conflicts between the soldiers and the people who live in the Israeli Security Zone, showing the fears and desires of the various soldiers in the unit, including Oshri (Eli Eltonyo), Tomer (Itayu Turgeman), and Ziv (Ohad Knoller) as they face their unseen enemy, constantly bombarding them with physical bombs and the mental toll.
