Aces N' Eights (2008)

When the people settled in this beautiful western area, intent on making a peaceful town, they were unaware that the territory they chose was also chosen by the railroad. The big guns behind the railroad are planning to make the citizens want to leave and they begin by starting to slaughter people. When no help for the federal government is forth coming, the town must use its own wits to keep their home safe. Then an aging rancher (Ernest Borgnine) steps forward to lead the group. He is joined by a former gunslinger (Bruce Boxleitner). Together, these men brave the younger and better armed paid gunman from the railroad. With the help of the townspeople, these two will do everything possible to save their struggling community.
