Plot: A friend of Penance uses his connection to talk the Thunderbolts into waiting a few days to check registrations on the heroes involved in the cleanup efforts. They then begin to clean up in earnest, finding the remains of Arch-E in the process. However, their work is postponed by a very irritated Chrysler building.

Plot: Now that the Hulk's rampage is over, it's time to clean up. Ann-Marie Hoag, the new President of Damage Control (taking over for the one who upset Wolverine during Civil War) has won the contract and is assembling her team, which includes several volunteer superheroes. As they are about to get to work, the Thunderbolts show up and insist on seeing every hero's registration card.
