Plot: US Agent and Quicksilver are in deep trouble. They've allied with the People's Defense Force, a State-sanctioned group of Chinese super-heroes, but they might not be enough. The Unspoken, an ancient Inhuman who was King of Attilan before Black Bolt has passed judgment on humanity, and prepares to unleash the power of the Slave Engine - an ancient device left by the Kree for the last ditch defense of the Inhumans against the seething hordes of humanity.

They attempted to call for backup, but the call was squelched by Loki in her guise as the Scarlet Witch. Stature knows the truth about the Witch, but Loki has placed an enchantment on her to prevent her from saying anything about it to her teammates. In an attempt to reveal the Witch's treachery, she leads the Young Avengers into the Infinite Avengers Mansion to confront the Scarlet Witch.

After all, the power of this man's mind created the Void, a creature with identical abilities to him that does the opposite of whatever the Sentry does, counterbalancing whatever good Sentry contributes. Returning to Avengers Tower (running parallel to events depicted in New Avengers #38) they relax and take some time. Black Widow questions Spider-Woman about her power level, and Spider-Woman seems to want to avoid the question. It's unclear if this is a result of the power boost Spider-Woman received when Hydra restored her powers, or if this is something related to alien reptiles with ugly chins.
