It’s all about the popular comic super-heroes. Well… Not today! This topic is about stuff really nobody ever downloads. Why? Well, nobody got these comics, so why would people download the data and cover from our online db? No reason to download, but we still have it listed in our online db. For the few dudes who got it anyway.

So, I was checking our All-Time Top 200 Most Popular Series. And, of course, it’s all Marvel and DC stuff. Actually: 95% of our All-Time Top 200 Series is published by Marvel or DC. Marvel’s absolutely the most popular (60%). And DC, including Vertigo and Wildstorm, is 2nd (35%). So, what’s the other 5%?

I’ve been on vacation for the last two weeks and during these days I went out and visited some jumble sales in the area we stayed. The best part of visiting these sales is when you actually stumble on something nice, something you would never thought about finding there. Man, was I in for a treat…

I don’t know why, but everybody is making movies of comics these days. After, of course, the various Marvel and DC super-hero movies, now there’s also Wanted and Watchmen.

I got myself the first TPB of the newest Nova run. Marvel Comics did a great job with this new series. If you like really great sci-fi stories full of action, you really need to check out this series, or the TPBs. Let’s talk about this TPB first. It’s called Annihilation Conquest and collects the first 7 issues of the newest Nova run.

This is funny, I just had to post it on the blog. Marvel is going to release a four-issue limited series called Marvel Apes in just a few weeks. It’s about your favorite well-known Marvel heroes, mutants and villains, but in this alternate universe, they are all monkeys! I know: it doesn’t makes sense, but who cares?
