You know what? I’m feeling a bit rebellious. There are not enough major games coming out this time of the year, and as I don’t wanna pay attention to the mediocre ones, let’s take a look at some gameplay footage of Prince of Persia instead.

Prince of Persia was released last week and it gained some very favourable reviews. Alwin and A.J. bought it already but I’m still not sure wether to go out and get myself a copy. The first screenshots I saw looked kinda cool, but when I saw it in full motion I wasn’t so sure anymore. For some reason I prefer the graphical style they used in the previous games more. And to be honest, I’m not really into platforms games. So why am I ranting on about this game then? Well, because although I don’t like the graphical style they’ve used in the Prince’s latest adventure, I’m unbiased enough to see it is done very well. Judging from the trailers I’ve seen so far, environments tend to come alive while you’re playing because of the speed of the game.

In the end I guess it’s safe to say that a lot of attention has been made to this version of Prince of Persia. What do you gamers out there think about it?
