My God, there are a lot of great movies coming out on Blu-Ray and DVD this week. Check out this week’s movie update!

Biggest name in our list has to be Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. I’ve seen it and I thought Indy’s latest adventure was a very entertaining one, although in the end it didn’t quite got in the same league as its predessesors did. For me it felt like they wanted to cram to much in the movie. But hey, still highly recommended!

War, Inc. on the other hand is one of those movies you either love or hate I think. I stopped watching halfway through the movie because I nearly fell asleep. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a big fan of John Cusack, I absolutely loved the sort of similar role he portrayed in Grosse Point Blank, but War, Inc. just didn’t do it for me. Even Hillary Duff couldn’t save this movie for me.

Special attention goes to Complexx, a Dutch horror/slasher/thriller/movie, starring the beautiful Yolanthe Cabau van Kasbergen. I haven’t seen it yet but I’m sure as hell planning to, now I know she’s in it. I hope she survives, and more importantly; I hope she gets to scream. A lot!

Speaking of horror, Ultraman: The Complete Series is available also. Story in a nutshell: Ace pilot Hayata becomes the gigantic Ultraman and fights huge rubbersuited monsters across Japan whilst posing in all sorts of strange postures. Classic stuff!
