October has come and we all can be sure to expect some very interesting video game releases. Especially near the end of this month when long awaited games like Far Cry 2, Saint’s Row 2, Pro Evolution Soccer 2009 will hit the stores. But for now, let’s just take a deep breath and start at the beginning.

Biggest name this week has got to be Electronic Arts’ yearly soccer update FIFA 09 as it will be released on all formats. Further we can expect MotoGP 08 to hit the stores for nearly all formats. Oh, and all you basketball nuts are in for a treat too as NBA Lives 09 slam dunks its way in to our release list.
