If there’s one game I’m really looking forward to, it has to be Brothers in Arms: Hell’s Highway. It was in development for a long time, and while it was supposed to be released this August we now can expect the game to hit shelves at the end of September. Hoorah!!
Brothers in Arms: Hell’s Highway plays a lot like the previous installments, yet differs on various crucial points. Once again the player steps in the combat shoes of Matt Baker and you’ll be following him during Operation Market Garden.
This time the emphasis lies more on doing patrouilles and less on using the fire and assault team. Instead of those teams you’ll have your bazooka, mortar and machine gun crew to rely on. Just point at a direction: your men will go there and carry out your command. It’s actually really up to you how you deal with all kinds of dangerous situations. You can go in Rambo-Style or you can make use of your teammates’ drastically improved A.I. and order them to flank your enemy.

Expect plenty of hectic situations!
From what I’ve seen so far the game looks absolutely amazing, which isn’t a surprise really if you consider the game has been in development for quite a while now. The graphics look crisp clear and the gameplay is bound to deliver you hours of fun. Be sure to check this game out if you’re into squad based tactical first person shooters. This could well be a contender for Game of the Year!

‘The wait is finally over guys, just one more month of standing in this same position and then we can blow that freakin’ windmill to bits!’
