LOL! What the smurf!? Hollywood’s going to produce a real live-action Smurfs movie, starring the world famous Papa Smurf, Lazy Smurf, Brainy Smurf, Snappy Smurfling, Smurfette and all other happy cute blue creatures. How corny.

Questions rise… Who will produce/create this movie? It seems the guys who wrote Shrek are involved. And who will do the smurf voices? And will they say ’smurf’ all the time? (Yeah, they will…) And will Smurfette be sexy? We will see… A movie starring tiny blue idiots who live in mushroom houses in a forest, and of course Gargamel and Azrael will be the bad-guys. Is it going to work? Will it be really CGI smurfy as smurf? Alvin and the Chipmunks and Garfield were both really smurfy too. Maybe it’s supposed to be really childish and corny anyway. But let’s not forget: the old-school tv-cartoon series was REALLY great.
