Changing the layout
You can customize the main screen of Comic Collector so it best suits your needs. You can add columns and arrange them in the order you want. But that's by far all you can do with Comic Collector. Comic Collector has various built-in templates to change the look and feel of your comic collection. You can also change the layout of the main screen.
Changing the layout
To change the way your Main Screen looks:
- In the menu, choose View > Screen Layout
- Now choose one from the available layouts

On a Mac? There's another way: use the Switch button at the bottom of the screen or the 2 small icons to the left of that Switch button to change your view.
The change is immediate and allows you to quickly change it back or choose another view. So, try out which view you like most and start customizing your comic collection!
TIP: Don't forget you can widen and narrow the different columns! Just click between them, hold you mouse button and drag.
Choosing a different template
Changing the template (the colors and appearance of your Comic Collector) is fun and easy. There's quite some choice (also immediate results), so take your time and choose your favorite.- Click: View > Details View Template and ... choose.
- Done.
Although this is all very nice, but what if you want to go back to how it was? Don't panic! No need to look for the original settings.
Time saving tip of the day: To reset Comic Collector to it's default settings, click:
Tools > Maintenance > Reset to Defaults
