Does the online database contain Trade Paperbacks and Hardcovers?

Yes, the online Collectorz.com Comic database carries Trade Paperbacks as well as Hardcovers.

The coverage for US Comics is really excellent, and we are working on the coverage of TPB and HC data and covers.

You can help by submitting any missing comics, TBPs and HCs. Just use the menu

Can you use a barcode scanner with Comic Collector?

No, Comic Collector does not support the use of barcode scanners.

There are two reasons for this.

Adding comics from our online Comic database can be done by series, which makes adding comics a lot faster than scanning each comic. Just use the menu Edit | Add Comics Automatically.

Secondly, publishers tend to re-use barcodes, so that a barcode no longer is unique. This makes finding a comic by barcode more difficult.

Does your online comic database contain Manga?

Yes, the online comic database does contain manga titles as well.

However the coverage on such types of comics will be typically lower than for other comics.

If you find our database is missing some Manga series or titles, you are welcome to submit them to us. You can do so using the menu Edit | Submit to Collectorz.com Comic Database.
