Great software
I’m a long-time user of Music Collector, thought I should finally catalog my book and music score library. That 7-day trial with Book Connect has made data entry much easier. Once I get my collection in, the mobile app will probably serve my purpose. We’ll see!

Such a useful app
I first gave 5 stars to this in 2018. In 2024, it still delights. If I could give more I still would now. Such a useful app which is constantly being improved.
I have had occasion to contact them a couple of times and they have always been courteous, friendly and immediately helpful. I can thoroughly recommend.

Ótimo aplicativo para organizar sua coleção de livros, realizar registros de leituras e também é possível obter diversas informações através dos filtros, que podem ser criados e combinados até em 3 níveis de acordo com os critérios do leitor, por exemplo: "Ano de Leitura/Autor" (ver os autores que foram lidos em cada ano de leitura) ou "Ano de Leitura/Gênero/Autor" (ver primeiro o ano de leitura, em seguida quais gêneros foram lidos em cada ano e em seguida os autores). Vale muito a pena!

Thanks for your kind email, so far so good, I was using before Book Label and I was looking for an app similar. I'm in a baseball-book-group in Facebook and one of our members suggested me your app and I'm trying it and so far I like it very much!!
I bumped into a couple of books from my collection which were not in your database and I found it handy to add them for other users which is a good thing. If there's any problem I'm sure I could count on you to solve it. In the meantime, take good care and keep up the good work!!

Don't know what I would do with out it

Great
I like this app. It’s simple, but it gets the job done. I love that it allows you to download your list of owned books (in multiple formats) so they can me uploaded to other apps that track reading statistics. There is a subscription option for those who want backup cloud storage too. I had an issue with my cloud account, but when I emailed for support, I was helped immediately. The agent was extremely, kind, helpful, and quick in helping me.

It's good
Best for what it is. Could use a little more organization/refining for vintage books and different editions of the same book. But I have to update a whole lot less than comparable apps.

The ability to organise and collate for book lovers and the most organised of people. Quick to set up, easy to add books, and navigate. Random book selection a great addition to make choosing the next read simple if you can’t decide.
Subscription is more than worth the money for a very low £12.99 annually considering the amount of work that must going into the app.

Your customer service is great
I appreciate good “after-sales” service and an excellent product. It is, after all, this that I tried to provide when I was managing my company. You probably know the adage that getting to number one is difficult but staying number one is even more difficult. The paradox of excellence i.e., once you have achieved a certain level of “excellence”, a decline is inevitable. This is at least what most experts believe. I made it a goal to prove them wrong.
The reason I write this is because I think that this is the philosophy that you are applying with your company. You are constantly “tweaking” your product – adding features, making it easier and fun to use. I find this commendable and worthy of praise.
As you know, I purchased your product some years ago. At the time, I “evaluated” different databases. I even attempted to create my own but found that yours met all my criteria including being readily affordable. I have not been disappointed. In the coming months, I hope to enter the rest of my book collection. This has become a priority since my wife has criticized me for not being able to locate a book that she asked for and that I know I have. (It is in one of my many bookcases, but it has not been entered in my database yet! The good news is that after hours of searching, I found it. This made me realize that had I entered it, I would have found it immediately and really impressed my wife instead of being chastised. Good customer service will forever remain valuable!)
Since I have books that were purchased before barcodes were introduced, entering these books has been a little more challenging. Should I encounter a particularly difficult situation that I cannot resolve, I will be sure to contact you. I know that help is only an email away.
I wish you continued success which I am sure that you will enjoy as long as you keep doing what you are currently doing.

Excellent support team
After inadvertently deleting my database from my phone, I contacted CLZ and within minutes, they answered me with the solution. It worked and my database is complete again. Thank you so much!!
